The Murrayfield Box

The WA Chapter of the Australian Aerobatic Club has set up a box to the south of the gravel strip at Murrayfield. It is my understanding that circuit training at Murrayfield requires permission from the owners (RACWA). This box and its location within the training area makes it extremely handy to budding aerobatic pilots, though you’ll rack up some VDO time getting there and back.

If you are going to perform in the box, try and make a radio call stating your intentions on the CTAF frequency (119.1). There could be aircraft in the area, and some circuit directions will bring aircraft directly under you.
